Car loan doesn't mean he has ability to pay rent in time.

1.He cheated you for landlord reference. He may give you more headache later.

2.Without credit check how can you judge his financial situation? Because he has cars and has income?

3.If he is strong in financial situation, why he avoid tax return and credit score?

I feel uncomfortable with so many concern, so just move forward...
