Landlords, which website to advertise rental property?

I use Craiglist, there are many inquiries about the property, but I did not rent to  anyone who come from craiglist, most them of disappeared before submitting application form.

Almost all the properties are rent out through agent.

Do you advertiese on home.com or rentals.com?
