請教各位達人：loan

前幾天 lock 了一個 no point no fee Refi loan. Paid appraisal fee which will be refunded when closing the loan.

Now I have another bank offers me better deal (significantly). What do you think about the idea of starting the process with this bank while letting the first continue?
