When RE price starts to move up?

I think it is when FED starts to raise rate. Now they push the time line to 2014 from 2013. And could be pushed further.

2016 could be the magic year that we see some real price improvements in housing. But don't expect 2000-2006 happen again. Not in this generation, just like NASDAQ.
