如何應對這種欺詐!

 

用了

dual agent，房子買的是一個short sale的。我們花錢做了home inspection，房子沒有大問題。貸款也搞好了。it is expected to close escrow within one week. 但是今天agent 送了一個addendum 過來叫我們簽字，說要我們(buyer)付1%給agent for short sale negotiation fee, and another 1% to another company (we are not sure whether it is title company or loan agent) for transaction processing fee.

真是要把我們氣瘋了。請教這裏的牛人，我們應該任何應對。同時，有人能猜一猜他們為什麽這麽做？到底想幹什麽？
