ANY benefit to be a president of syndicate of the building (6 un

I have to attend some condo association meeting for a building (which has 6 condos), to select 3 owners as board members, president, secretary etc.

We bought 3 out of 6 units building. So I can easily get votes to be a president etc. it is unpaid position. 

But is there any benefit? say reduce costs, fees to the condos I owned; get maintenance benefit???
