How to get Mold Certificate ???

They come to do inspection and issue certificate cost 8K-10K or they remove mold cost 8k-10k?

This is for renting. How to avoid possible trouble with tenent in the future? Of course we will fix mold problem first. Just in case if some tenent knows this property has mold in the past and look for trouble.
