這個房子值不值得買？

FM foreclosue, 1100sqt. asking for 59,900, two stories condo , 2b/1.5b, ready to move in shape.

thinking of 40K loan (15 yr), monthly cost is around 700 for everything, can be rented for 800 to 850/month. Is it worth buying? Thanks for everyone's input. New to this,needs a lot of advice :)
