need suggestion- A potential good tenant with a Border Collie do

the tenants, a couple age between 45 and 50  are financially strong, have no children, they have a Border Collie dog, weight 45 pounds.  they said that this dog is well trained from a traing school and they can provide all the document about it.  I googled Border Collie dog, it is a very energetic dog, used for herding in the farm,  kind of scared about this type of dog. but also hoping that a well trained dog can be ok, any one has experience with Border Collie dog?  or any suggestions?  the property is a new three story condo, with no backyard.
