I just bought a rental property. Below is the insurance quote that Liberty Mutual sent to me. Somehow I felt that it is missing the business liability coverage or landlord insurance policy. Is the $100k personal liabilities the same as business liability insurance?

In your blog, you mentioned buying $500k business liability insu on top of $1M umbrella insurance. Why need both? how are they different? Thank you sooo much for your patience!

"Here is the rental property insurance quote. Please see the attachment for the quote and the dwelling replacement cost estimate (PDF file). We don't offer Personal liability and medical coverage in rental property since Personal liability coverage will extend from your primary homeowner insurance to your rental property.

Dwelling coverage: $245,000
Other structure coverage: $24,500
Fair rental Value (Loss of rents): up to 10% of Dwelling coverage
With automatic increase 4% increase on dwelling coverage (Your dwelling coverage will increase 4% each year for inflation protection. However, the premium will go up slightly if the dwelling coverage goes up.)
If Deductible is $1,000, annual premium is $614.
If Deductible is $2,500, annual premium is $559.

$100,000 Personal liability coverage of your primary homeowner insurance will extend to your rental property. There is $9 surcharge on your primary homeowner insurance due to this carry over.

Also, we will add this property to your umbrella policy($1M), and there is $29 charge due to this add on."
