my cpa frowns on equip writeoff

rather insignificant amount is okay with this, or meal/entertainment but not huge amount.

also make sure all ledgers are recorded, receipted are copied. i used to just keep the receipts but some receipts faded to blank after a while. so i copy them, sometimes even scan into computer. i save them for at least 5 years.
