如下這些 docs. 合理嗎？尤其是 #1，"all schedules". 我忘了有沒有提供這些給 QuickenLoans

1) last 2 years federal income tax returns with all schedules

2) all W2's and or 1099s for last 2 years

3) 1 month bank statements (all pages) for where your assets are

4) sign the attached forms (privacy notice, request for transcript of tax return) so I can begin the pre approval process

不知道 Wells Fargo 是否比 QuickenLoans 更有競爭力。QuickenLoan quoted me 3.375% 7/1 ARM for $546k at no cost. QuickenLoans 的手續十分簡便。
