開銷:interest:$131, Tax and HOA:$333, principal:$190.45.

now how to calculate the return?

1. 850-131-333=386x12=4632/10000=46%

2. 850-131-333-190=196x12=2352/10000=23.5%

or have to divided by purchase price $50000? Thanks
