jy, thanks a lot. I feel better now. It is our first claim (but most likely, the insurance won't give us a penny). I called my agent early, but it was Friday night, nobody answered. My tenant is happy because it was dried completely by the profesional. I just worried about the water damage in the record. Hope it won't change much for the premium, and it won't be a problem in the future.
