I'm not long put here, not yet :)

I'm not convinced housing market will improve dramatically in 6 months from now.  It takes years to clean up the mess.  Maybe those garbage stocks have really found a bottom.  But again, garbage is still garbage.  I view a stock with EPS -2 and negative earnings growth as garbage.
