No one owns enough upside

AAII bullish sentiment is only at average level. Many retailers missed this run. Hedge funds shorted this market for three weeks straight. No one owns enough upside. People are raising cashes.

Last APR, SPY rise from 488 to 695 (207 points). Currently SPY rise from 632 to 734 (102 points).  Are we there yet?
