IGV up nearly 20% from the bottom, now at resistance

Personally I think it has more room to run since sentiment is so negative about the sector. Any tiny good news will lift the sector. 

It could pull back in the next few days. However, I feel that if MSFT delivers, this one can head to $95-96 area. Easy money has been made. It has to show some good news moving forward.
