Adobe's proposed $20 billion acquisition of Figma has been terminated due to regulatory hurdles. Both companies jointly decided to end the deal after concluding there was no clear path to regulatory approval from the European Commission and the UK Competition and Markets Authority. Adobe will pay Figma a $1 billion termination fee
