401k vs IRA 裏取錢時

55<U<59.5: 401k mandantory 20% federal + local state tax withholding,

You can't withdraw IRA without 10% penalty.

59.5<U: I suppose you can withdraw without penalty,

IRA custodians are loose on mandatory tax withholding.
