You could gamble to do some ratio put if UNH drops close to 275 (do a ratio put of 275-250). The idea is to bet UNH will not drop too far from 235, and you can use ratio put to profit from its spread ($25) if UNH only drops to 250, AND be comfortable to buy more shares at 235 (this ratio put will assign the shares to you at 235)
