UVXY報稅的cost basis問題？

UVXY需要k1, 但是1099b和k1裏都沒有cost basis info。這個cost basis就是UVXY的買入價。我的理解對不對？

turbotax 裏 sales section title 是哪個？感覺是short term basis not reported to IRS？ 因為總共隻持有一周就賣掉了。不知道為什麽 turbotax 下載進來顯示是 unknown term basis not reported to IRS
