I think you can try to add some around 450..

We should see a bounce towards 470-475 from there. 

If that is too aggressive, then just hold tight and wait for bounce from 450 to 470-475. 

However, if QQQ is not able to rally above 470-475 from 450, very high chance it will go lower to test 425
