出租房申請人要告我

今天有人交表格申請。

我發現他成年的哥哥也要跟他一起住。就跟他說18歲以上的都需要background screening and sign the lease. 

他說他哥哥現在失業沒工作也沒有收入他付房租。我說那就先把photo ID給我一下，做個background check.

他說他哥哥沒有state issued photo ID. 我說那不好意思了，沒有photo ID我沒有辦法繼續處理你的申請表了。

然後他就說：“Thank you for discriminating disabled. my attorney will contact you in the morning!"

這是什麽情況？我會有麻煩麽？
