我在國內學習的是機械製造，以及機械學專業。到這邊學習運籌學，工作用到計算機與金融產品。很多專業術語完全不知中文是如何表達的。比如：

A trade consists of one or more transactions, and a transaction consists of two sides.

怎麽翻譯這裏的trade, transaction, and side?
