請教： 1030 Exchange 的新房， 出租一年後轉為自用， 會有什麽問題嗎？

我知道， IRA沒有明確規定 多少時間， 隻是   the property be held for a reasonable amount of time before it is converted to personal use . 一般建議是兩年。

如果隻是一年， IRA真的會追究嗎？ 

從來沒做過1030 exchange， 所以我完全沒有概念。
