也是玩亞麻電商的親人詢問，他是在紐約區，需要搞公司性質才能做電商（我們州不需要）。內容是會計給他發需不需要遞交BOI報表的通知，我狗了一下是這麽說的：On January 1, 2024 a new reporting requirement went into effect that requires millions of small businesses to file a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report with the U.S. Department of Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

大家誰知道這個嗎？我沒碰到過。
