I just called fidelity.

I am confused. I thought you could convert traditional IRA  to roth IRA anytime. I called fidelity yesterday and today both times. I was told that you can still contribute to 2023 traditional IRA, but the last day for conversion to backdoor IRA 2023 was Dec 31, 2023. Now you can only convert 2024 share.
