關於401K/Roth 401K 請教

孩子公司發獎金，　說: "For 2024, you may contribute an additional 10%of after tax comp($xx,000) and then immediately convert it to a Roth 401K". 

這個就是mega back door Roth 401K 嗎？應該選這個嗎？是２０多歲的年輕人

另外，　他在以前的公司有一個４０１K，　還沒有轉出來，　選這個，　會被pro-rata嗎？
