太不一樣了，雖然都是稅後，

pre-tax 和 羅斯401的個人總額是我給出的兩萬多那個數，但是after tax的貢獻是兩萬多以外的，雇主和after tax的貢獻總額就是我上麵給的六萬多和兩萬多的delta.  我上麵的建議是假設delta is greater than the employer's contribution.
