Income from Trust

房子掛在Zillow 6天了，問的人不少，看了也有幾個，然後就沒回音了。我的房子，因為現在住了兩年半的房客 買了房子，我知道是淡季，不好租，所以定價低於市場價。

今天有個人從Zillow遞了申請：

credit score: 695

monthly income: $3000 work+$6000 trust, 說是20年 的 trust

several credit card/revolving account closed by the grantor

我想問問他這是什麽trust, 是不是一直有保障。請大家幫看看還有什麽flag?
