xiao mi gateway always needs software update and can easily loose connection to water sensors. 

Not reliable.

This price is good. Any one use this? 

 

Ideally need one with long tail and operate on battery for a few years. These won't help in case of water burst (need smart valve) but with slow leaking water sensors can detect problem early.
