以前1040的設計，AGI是第一頁最後一行，這樣above the line 很清楚，就是第一頁裏麵的deduction。

itemized/standrd deduction都是1040 第二頁。

現在1040 設計變了，隻有一頁。需要找到AGI哪一行，然後above line/below line。
