現有老鼠，$ 250 setup trap and 4 follow ups. First two follow up caught the rat, third and fourth time no more. But this one does not seal any holes. 
我幾年前另一個房也有過一次，公司來補上所有的洞，加抓老鼠，總共$850。以後每年$250 for warranty
