請教關於租客洗衣機壞了引起房子發大水後續

幾個月前，租客洗衣機壞了，引起房子發大水。租客問自己的renter insurance保險公司說不cover，然後我走了自己的landlord insurance花了幾萬刀把房子修好了。我要求我的租客給我賠償deductibles，然後租客也賠給我了。現在我的保險公司給我的租客發了subrogation letter，說我的保險公司has the right to make a claim against the tenants for the insurance coverage for this loss. 然後租客就開始freak out，說她已經賠給我deductibles了，現在居然所有的損失都要她賠，又說要找律師。請教各位大拿，我現在需要采取什麽措施嗎？
