有兩個”救命稻草“的條件可以避免罰款

1）欠稅少於$1000。

2）符合二者之一，沒有按時交 Estimated Tax 也不用被罰

A) 一月最後一期 Estimate tax 交了後，令全年已交的有當年稅債 （Tax Liability) 的90%

B) 一月最後一期 Estimate tax 交了後，全年已交的有去年稅債的100%

The lesser of A) or B).
