租戶搬家時發現洗衣機出現問題搬不走了怎麽辦?

今天租戶搬家, 發現洗衣機閥門有問題, 不能關閉. 下麵是他給我發來的. 請大家幫我看看該怎麽辦? 

他一個月前問我 $200.00 要不要他的2012年的洗衣機烘幹機, 我沒要. 結果今天搬家出現這個問題.

Hello, so the hot water shut off valve is not working for the washer machine. It won't shut off. If I disconnect it, the water rushes out and goes everywhere. I cannot move the washer machine right now.

 

If I do, water will go everywhere!

It's a problem because we have the uhaul today to move everything.
