合同上寫著：Landlord may also exhibit the Premises to prospective purchasers, mortgagees, or lessees upon reasonable notice to the Tenant(s)。如果租客執意不配合，房東是可以啟動eviction程序的。但這樣做是否不值得？會有什麽樣的後果？請指教。
