租三年,折舊7萬
三年後,賣130萬
profit = 130 - 8(agent cost) - 60 - 10 +7 (折舊) = 59萬
這個算法對嗎?
另外如果這三年,租房是loss, loss 可以繼續carry over to reduce future tax, even if there is no rental house in future?
