坐Muni bus 是不是不好的人比較多？ 這個區的北邊Design district ( a lot of homeless , soul ?) ,東邊與mission bay 和 Dogpatch 區相連，西邊mission district （似乎很差？）。 這裏購房居住是不是不合適？
不在high tech 工作，不會有車。如果用scooter 去附近的BART 是不是不安全？
