也來問個租客用我的出租房做airbnb的問題。

在國內呆了半年剛回來。壇內各位新朋舊友好！

回來後就碰上換房客的事。這個townhouse原來挺好出租的，這兩年附近蓋了大量小公寓，分流了房客。今天有個人問能不能租來做airbnb.我查閱了投壇前幾頁，正好有人問這個問題。網友們提醒liability麻煩。我就回信問了他誰將take liability if anything happened during that time. 下麵是他的回複。

Yes I’d like to have permission to AirBnB the space when I’m not Occupying it. I will have full liability for any issues that may occur during my lease, this will be stated in the contract. Also Airbnb offers insurance up to 100,000 and I will apply for additional rental insurance.

 我的問題是這樣保險嗎？我需要怎樣做才能確保他做airBnB發生他的房客糾紛時不會牽連到我？(這個房子現在值180K，他說Airbnb保險up to100K)
