你也可用landline來進行，比較好嗎？                                                                                                                                                So if your internet goes down or computer freezes, do you lose the case? Seems convenient when you're the defendant! 

My understanding is that a laptop computer or a cell phone with a camera is the best option. My limited experience is with a laptop. As others have said, you will need to sign up on ZOOM and you can set up your own meeting for practice. Also, the court should give you instructions beforehand if you ask.
