說說我的一個房客

我有過一個猶太人房客，因為得了骨癌賣了夏威夷的餐館和住房回到了NY。他搬到我們出租房時是一個非贏利組織付我們第一個月的租金。我們很奇怪，在看到他每次看診都是nursing home的車接送的，說明他是白卡holder我就懷疑他是否有能力按時支付房租。不過他從沒遲過房租。我就找極會要探探他是如何藏錢的。平時和他聊天也知道他曾有些錢的。後來慢慢地知道了這個猶太人的藏錢方法，就是買了很多money order。
