申請的房客有被驅逐的記錄。六年前的。可以考慮嗎？

目前很難找到合適的房客。房子在 Zillow 掛了快一個月了。現在有一家 Section 8 申請。信用650，背景調查顯示六年前有被驅逐記錄。請教這樣的情況可以考慮嗎？
