新房客搬進去兩天，告訴我她搬家的真相，原來

原來他們在此前住的房子裏麵有含鉛，她1.5歲的孩子，血液中鉛中毒。現在health department 給我打電話left me a msg，要問我一些問題確保這個房子不含鉛。我的公寓確實也是老房子，但是都是裝修過了，所以應該是沒有鉛。但是保不準，有些窗台下邊犄角旮旯一樣的地方有一點鉛，或者樓裏洗衣房測到鉛。 如果要是health department測到鉛，那怎麽辦呢？

1.他break lease 搬出去，

2. 強迫我修，

3. health department出錢去修。
