馬桶衝不幹淨的問題請教

出租房租了5年多了，前兩個租客各住了兩年都沒有說馬桶有問題。

現在這個租客老說馬桶衝不下去，要衝3-4回才能衝下去。

我們想換個馬桶算了，但是也不知道會不會是其他的問題，比如水壓不夠。房子比較老。
