租房小白求教：幾個年輕人合租TH,可以考慮嗎？

原本自主的白玉房，現在“被迫”當房東要出租。有年輕人要幾人合租，可以考慮嗎？主要是擔心的問題有：

1. 申請的時候是每個人都要查信用嗎？是每個人都要簽合同嗎？

2. 怎麽收租？是交給其中一人統一收？還是各自收租？如果其中有人不按時交租怎麽辦？

3. 擔心年輕人不愛收拾，又是幾人合租更可以推卸責任，會不會把房子弄得很糟？
