一房客發現有TERMITE, 叫一公司派人檢查估價，結果他發現屋底下一片潮濕且發黑。 Sink drain leaks，看來已有一段時間了。 房客說Sink drain 有點堵。叫來 PLUMING，結果是這樣的：  應該怎麽辦？
