吃螃蟹了+實地考察歸來

Short sale的房子under contract.

房子的特點就是大：泳池外加室內籃球場。還沒去看，準備下午去看一眼。

大家都說要避開帶遊泳池的房子，不敢吃這螃蟹。我準備開吃螃蟹了：high risk=high rewards

2800+sqft.+ partial finished basement+large shed overside garage, fenced pool+ basketball court

short sale was approved at a little bit higher price.

上個買家最後在等到approval的時候卻退出了。

準備出租一年，轉手賣出，賺個6，7萬。

3) Kitchen needs some work.

4) 924 sqft heated in door 2 store high basketball court ( a little longer than half court), need drylock, seperate furnance (included in total sqft of the house).

5) Double entry to basement and 3/4 basement is finished (not included in total sqft of the house).
