I found this, the only draw back is the tote has no closure,  no zipper or magnetic button.  Otherwise it is almost a perfect one.

In our area there was a leather goods repair shop.  I dont know if it still exists.  If the shop still opens, I would check whether they can add a zipper or a magnetic closure to the bag.
