any fish they think the real name is hard to remember.  A very generic name that does not tell us anything.

A good example is the Chilean Seabass.  It has nothing in common with "European Seabass" or the Seabass from Florida water.

Branzino is prized for its white flaky meat and mild flavour.  It means it does not smell fishy and take on the flavour of sauces very well.  It is a very popular fish in the Med.  Natural production has dwindled to not able to support commerce.

Luckily the fish respond to farm raising very well.

There was a guy in US tried to raise it in sea water tanks with filtration system.  This was a few years before pandemic and was still in the experimental stage,  Judging by what is available in our market, I am afraid his business never takes off. 哭
